I have been sent several replacement cameras and batteries because my battery will not stay charged even though it is connected to Simplisafe's power cable and charger. I have never gotten any push back from Simplisafe when asking for a replacement but no replacement has fixed the problem. Are th

Same issue with my outdoor camera. Will not charge. I told Customer Service that the USB cable plug-in to the camera shows signs of excessive heat but CS decided to send replacement battery as first step. This has not resolved the "no-charging" issue

I have (2) brand new SS3 motion sensors. See attached pic. Is there any difference between these, other than the packaging? Do I need to any update with 1 vs the other?
