I've been using the Google Home routine to set my SS to Home mode for a while. Now I've added one more home and a new SS system. How can I manage to automate two houses and set them to Home mode on the timer automatically? Thx

@simplisafe_980 can someone from SimpliSafe answer please?

Hello all and Happy Friday! I did update my system yesterday via the keypad. And now I notice all outdoor cameras have lost the ability to record people only. They record all motions, cars etc. Has anyone noted that? SimpliSafe pls fix ASAP. Thx

I am actually surprised that SS does not have a feature/device allowing to store camera recordings locally. Why not? I think the user community would welcome such a feature. Our current lineup of cameras are built around Monitoring Service functions, which make important features li

This topic may have come up before but I may have missed this concern. SimpliSafe needs to have the ability to reboot base stations and cameras from their end. If 600 miles from home and system is not responding to phone app or online account awful hard to unplug and remove batteries from base 600 m

I am a new user and also was suggested by SS support to reset my base station several times. Definitely, they need to provide a way to do so via the app instead of removing a screw from the base and removing the battery.

I already tried 2 doorbells and a third replacement is in progress but wanted to ping an online community.... My doorbell does not detect motion and thus no recording for objects (cars, people, etc.) from 10-15 feet away. From 3-4 feet it works fine. Of cause, I tried all possible settings.
