Hi folks, As promised, we’re keeping these Wireless Outdoor Camera updates coming. Of course, like all camera updates, this one will roll out to all connected devices automatically - no user action required. You can check the current version installed on your camera by going to the Camera Setting

We haven’t had any problems with this update until a few minutes ago. We’re now getting updates on all of our devices, repeated updates, about motion that occurred 25 minutes ago when we went out front where the camera is. All-in-all this camera has

It seems after the latest update for the door lock the lock jams after autolocking. You have to fight the door lock, when unlocking manually, to get it back into the 'open' position. Not sure if it has something to do with the update or having to calibrate it after, but it worked fine before the upd

Our lock has jammed twice since receiving it a couple of months ago, early on, just after installation. None since, thankfully.

I have two questions. Since I did the Smart lock software update about a week ago I have noticed that it will not unlock when I turn the alarm off in the morning. It locks when I put the system in "home" mode at bedtime but in the morning it will not open on its own. I have deleted and re-installed

You can change when the lock unlocks and locks in the settings. I use the app. Ours unlocks only when the alarm is turned off from Away. When we turn it off from Home, it doesn’t unlock. Never know when we’ll be actually leaving and we’d rather have

@davey_d - I appreciate the feedback.  I would suggest this be an option (chime + notification).  It would be even nicer if the sensor name was announced.  This is not an uncommon feature in security systems (i.e. 2GIG) so I was surpr
