This is a known issue and they know about it. My base station got pushed a new firmware yesterday so hopefully it fixed it.

Call the “higher team” at this number 1-888-364-5012. They will ask you to connect system to your phone’s hotspot, and then proceed to manually push an update themselves once it’s connected. Took 15 minutes. I’m back up and running after doing this.

That lack of response from SimpliSafe is a bit concerning. They recognize there is a problem, yet offer no reassurance that something is being done to fix the problem. My system has been running OK for the past couple of days, by my confidence level

No Comment or helpful hints from SimpliSafe?? I did test every sensor, 2 sirens and 4 smoke alarms yesterday and everything worked perfectly. Just hope it continues without any further issues.
