Yeah. I am about to do the same thing, but nest. It is just so frustrating as literally everything which is not the doorbell is working as needed. If only support could provide guidance besides hard resetting or sending you a new doorbell.

I am going for a 4th doorbell. Is this the definition of insanity or am I going to get lucky?

tried calling several times. Hold music for 7 minutes then it rings once and then nothing. ( have a water leak sensor that lost connection. replaced battery. test system sees sensor. when I shut off test mode sensor is not seen again) UPDATE: was taken care of via email almost immediately. sendi

No digital doorbell and I have left it on the harness all night.

That is my exact situation as well. 16.8V going to the harness for the doorbell and the doorbell will ring, but otherwise it is dead. How is there not a way to test the doorbell to confirm it truly us dead? Everything else in the system is tested an

I thought I was the only person dealing with this right now. I am on number 3 bricked doorbells. I got 16.8V going to the plate and the doorbell rings, but no camera or light. On calling for a fourth they sent me a chime connector as a last ditch e

I just want support to answer their phone - anybody have a tip? I've used three different numbers that ALL lead to the same phone tree. Doesn't matter what day, what time they NEVER answer.
