I am not sure but ever since the new update my system did, the wifi network never recconects to it anymre, and when I do, it disconnects from the network within a few hours, has anyone had this issue? things I have done: Rebooted wifi router countless of times System is about 4-6 feet from main

really not such a simple system and does not make me feel safe with all the dropped sensors, wifi issues, cameras take forever to load, front door lock forgets it is tied to the door sensor after a battery change and the list goes on

It would be helpful for SimpliSafe to inform potential customers that the outdoor cameras must communicate via Radio Frequency (RF) with the Base Station in order to "wake up" the camera and analyze the video. Certain building materials block RF (su

We need this notification sound/blip changed immediately! It is horribly underwhelming and does not properly notify the user as it should! This should be addressed with haste.

I just bought my system and am awaiting delivery. I noticed that adding a second user is not supported, and I am shocked. There is no space for funny workarounds on those things. This is unacceptable and absurd and should have already been addressed

So, my wife would like to use the app to turn the system on and off just as I do. The problem is that I don't see where to add her either on the app or on my account online. We have tried putting my login and password into the app on her phone but it doesn't save them so she doesn't want to have to

It is a joke , my favorite part of this joke is when they send my wife a QR code on her phone ,, what the heck are you going to take a picture of a QR on your own phone with ,, and when I try to scan it with y phone it fails anyway this is a huge S

How do I turn off 2-Factor Authentication? Don't get me wrong, I think it is a good thing, but because SimpliSafe does not support multiple accounts it is fundamentally broken. My wife and I both use the SimpliSafe App on both iPhone and iPad and the web site on our Mac's. Each time SimpliSafe wa
