System Firmware 2.6 (February 2022)

Hi folks, The first Base Station update for the year is a smaller one, focused on minor improvements and setting up for future improvements. It's starting to roll out now and will be available to all users soon. For those new to updating firmware for your Base Station, check out our Help Center

I'm having the same issue. Did yours ever resolve? I called and they said that there was an update that needed to be pushed to me. After troubleshooting and powering down the base and keypad, they were able to push to me. They could see the base even
