@jjkendy We have the same issue and after spending hours on the phone with tech support they still do not have any answers to this problem. Did you find an antenna system that connects to the cellular system?

My SimpliSafe cellular service has become unreliable and though text help told that that Gen3 would be better but same unreliable cellular service in my area so not getting any improvement. Using internet means cutting power or my cable makes Simpli
