I have now removed all of my smoke alarms because steam will set them off from a short shower. I'm so frustrated with this I may get rid of simply safe. @emily_s the issue with moving them is I have big holes in my ceiling where I used to have wired smoke alarms. I have been simply placing the SimpliSafe smoke sensors over these holes. These locations were set by the manufacturer of the home. If the
