@emily_s - FYI - I tried the steps above and it did not work for us after installing the new battery. There was no method to cancel/clear the low battery alert on the keypad or on my phone app after we installed a new battery. I confirmed the device

@davey_d - thank you for responding - I just updated my message above. Yes I saw "Keypad Out of Range" on our Keypad, and I could not disable the alarm via web browser on my computer. Nothing responded, not the keypad, mobile apps or browser
