Whenever there's a doorbell event - motion or a ring - I get 2 notifications from the app on my phone. My wife has the app installed on her phone but she only gets a single notification. I must have something configured differently in my app but I can't find what it is. Any suggestions about w

Issue seems to be resolved for me after an outage last night. I also undid the battery from the base station to reset it. Doubt that the base station reset did anything to fix it. Pretty sure it was just coincidence.

All five of my cameras just started talking. They all say: "Your camera is having connectivity issues..." Now all of the cameras are flashing yellow and I can't get into the app. Anyone else?

Also having this issue. Seems like they have been having some widespread issues the last few days. I talked to a support person earlier today. I imagine they are working through troubleshooting some of the issues.

I just installed the camera and accidently screwed the security pin upside down and now i cannot get it out. Does anyone have a tip or suggestion to get it out? I cant use the tool as it is obviously upside down. I am trying not to pry it or break the mount. Appreciate any help here.

Did you screw the pin upside down with the camera on the mount? Can you get to the ball part of the screw at all? Maybe some small pliers if so.

I'm having issues getting my SS camera to scan the QR code in the app. I've tried everything including restarting the app and deleting it, unplugging the camera and plugging it back in, taking a screen shot of the QR code and having the camera scan that enlarged QR code. Hello amykuyk23, I suggest you have the camera in your hand and point it at the QR code instead of moving the phone around the camera. I would also suggest holding the button on top of the camera for 30 seconds or so, then release. This will re
