Well I’m not happy - was up this morning in order to leave the house for work at 5.30am and found my keyfob would not disarm the alarm - there’s just no response at all. 5 second delay added, or should I say reintroduced to the Outdoor Camera — hooray. Now cars and people simply teleport to the front of my property. Seriously Simplisafe, come-on. We're talking basic testing here for something that should give us confidence in our home security.

Hello, I noticed that there's a firmware update apparently available for my base station, however no matter how I try to update it - both via the app and the keypad, it just hangs and doesn't update. Anyone experienced this and know how to resolve it?
