With the Additional User Access feature, you can grant access to your SimpliSafe® system to trusted friends and family members. Users on your account can arm or disarm your system, cancel or escalate alarms, and more!

PINs are four-digit sequences used to arm and disarm your system. When setting up your SimpliSafe® system, you were prompted to create a Master PIN, but you also have the option to create additional Custom and Duress PINs.
