New Gen Siren Issues

I just received my 2nd siren due to the 1st siren not working properly but even the 2nd siren doesn't work properly. My issues is that everything seems to work fine for the siren, almost the same as the base station. The only thing that doesn't work on the siren is the door chime. When someone rings the door bell, the siren doesn't chime.  I do have the SS doorbell installed too.  I talked with the customer support and we did a bunch of test but they think the siren is faulty, so they will be issuing out my 3rd replacement.  Just wondering if anyone else is having this same issue.
