Shout Out

The other night I was awakened, in a panic, by my alarm going off. I was terrified. By the time I walked down the hallway and then decided I didn't want to confront anyone or anything (not like the movies where the heroine walks stupidly through a dark house to find out what is going on!), the Simplisafe operator was on the phone, checking on me. I told her the alarm went off and I didn't know why. She called the police and stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes, talking to me and trying to keep me calm. I appreciated that more than anyone can know. I was so scared! When the police rang the doorbell and I answered it, she let me hang up. The police didn't find anything, but I thought THAT'S WHY I HAVE SIMPLISAFE! I live alone and that's why I got it, to know when anything happened. I found out later that the sensor in my garage, on the door, had fallen off because the adhesive failed. I nailed it up later. But that does not negate the great service and care shown to me by the Simplisafe folks. Thank you!
