Horrible Customer Service & Cancellation Experience
I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the lack of support and level of service I've received from SimpliSafe. I wasted over 45 minutes today attempting to resolve the issue of canceling the service I requested last year. I remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the interaction. I was never connected to the manager I asked to speak with, and the representative, Niyah, disconnected our call. Mistakes happen, I understand, but this was obviously intentional because she never called me back, and my concern is still unresolved.
