Android & iOS App - Dark Mode

@BubbaRog Excellent suggestion! SS, you can make it an app setting or, default to system setting. Either one will work, whatever is easier for you!

Is there anything on your end you can do to push this forward?  It's almost 2023 and not having the option of dark mode (especially for paying subscribers) is a bit ridiculous.

SimpliSafe cannot be blind to this feature that is so ubiquitous across all companies and platforms. It is not only an aesthetic choice, but it is also a medical benefit, too.

Some coding commentary:  Reading posts on this forum appears nice n dark on Brave (w Night enabled of course), but this comment box appeared w light background and is bugging my eyes while entering this text. 

It’s been over a year at this point. It’s frustrating to see this kind of timeline for such a basic feature that countless other free apps have supported for years. What is going on?

@AMonitorDarkly​ We have forwarded this feature request to our dev team for their consideration, but right now it is not in development. Once we hear more from our devs regarding this request, we will update this thread.

@emily_s That’s very disappointing to hear considering Dark Mode in iOS has been around since 2019. This is a very basic feature that virtually all apps support.

Please let the development team and customer relations know that their customers expect better from a service that we’re paying for.
