Never set up, need to cancel

Horrible company.  I purchased this system back in 2021. I connected the base station, but never connected any of my devices and they started charging me.  I have charged since Jan of 2022 with no devices connected.  There is  nothing for them to monitor and they will not credit my account.  I have paid over $700 for nothing.

If you're not ready yet to use your system, we would really advise that you give our Support team a call to talk about suspending your account. Looking into your account, it does sound like you've done that recently, and we were able to take care of you. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
