How do I know if I'm being charged for monitoring?

Hello,

I bought my SimpliSafe a few weeks ago, installed it, tested the alarm with the emergency dispatcher, etc. All is working fine. However, under my account, there is no credit card information listed. How am I being charged?

ohkim0634m sign into your account and click on the upper right hand side see account.  Click on monitoring tab and you will see your monthly billings. If not, call SS. I would also do another test and get a call from COPS and make sure you are in fact on monitoring.
