Timer setting

Hello. Before I moved from my free month to a basic service I set up a schedule for alarm on and off to try it out.  That was over 4 months ago, and as expected the schedule function was inoperative. That’s fine because I don’t need it. That was until a couple of nights ago when the previously set schedule settings randomly kicked-in, and my alarm is setting on and off automatically every night. I have no way of cancelling this as that feature is now disabled on my app. I will try to call support tomorrow but wondered if anyone else has experienced this problem? Thanks.
