Is there a way to see when doors and windows are opened and closed on the Timeline
On my old alarm system, I was able to see when doors were opened and closed as well as the windows when system was not armed. I used this to track when my kids arrived home or left the house. The only activity I see on the timeline is when my door bell and camera motion are set off. Is there a setting that I can turn on to tracks all sensors regardless of whether the alarm is set?

Any update to this? 3 years later and I have the exact same question.

The keypad will show you if sensors are not closed. The mobile app also shows this info - under menu, my system and device settings you will see open or closed next to entry sensors showing their state as of the last time your app updated. This satus is NOT real time and you'll need to manually refresh the page to get current status of a sensor. (You won't get alerts.)
This functionality would be perfect for a widget, Simplisafe.

I would like to see when the doors are open and closed in history. I would also like to see when motion is detected in history even if the system is off. I would like the menu to automatically update to show accurate status. Right now I have to manually update it. I don’t need to get alerts for those.

Same question. I just switched from ADT and assumed this same feature would be available since it’s pretty straight forward. Please consider adding, @SimpliSafe Admin

Just switched to Simplisafe from Xfinity Home Security—even they had the time stamps. Super helpful feature, would love to see an update with this issue addressed.
