Base Station Green Light

My systems was installed a few weeks ago.  Everything's working fine but suddenly the base station light turned bright green, then fades to black (off), then blinks white, then repeats the cycle non-stop.  Does anyone know why?

Here is a link to the support center. It doesn't list a bright green light or the pattern you describe. I would call support, ask them and post your experience here. While at it, suggest to support to update the help center! Thanks!
