Hi @wildwing1955,
If you go to the <!> notification section on the Keypad, it will tell you the name of the Entry Sensor that has a low battery. You can also find this information in the SimpliSafe mobile app by navigating to the three bar menu icon on the top left corner of the screen > My System > Device Settings. If you tap the 🔄 refresh icon on the top left corner, you'll get the most up to date information from the Base Station.

Should tell you in the app as well, or at least mine does.

I've never gotten a low battery on any device other than the key pads. When the entry device battery goes low they end up offline. Then I have to remove them and add them again. I know they are working after the battery change because when the door is opened the blue light blinks but they stay offline. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on to get low battery alerts from the other devices?
