Simplisafe doorbell now working (SOLVED)

I don't have the video doorbell, but let me just say.... thank you for posting that, nice video!  Hopefully it will help a lot of others with theirs.

When i got our video doorbell we had the humming sound as well so got the chime connector from ss and the humm went away but no sound from doorbell so come to find out the doorbell on the wall was bad so off to lowes to get a new one and that fixed it.
