Outdoor V1 firmware update

1.37 outdoor V1 firmware is rolling out. What it fixes, if anything, is still to be determined.

I'm not seeing anything significant here yet or better functionality on 2 of 5.

Well, 4 updated to 1.37 firmware. 1 didn't. So far.

No distinguishable differences that I can see.

Solar powered seems to respond better in the daytime, of course, and the cams function basically as battery cams at night. No sun.

Slower on average at night, (when it counts) 7 to 8 second live views. Had a couple tries today where all 7, including doorbells, were averaging 2 to 4 seconds.

One outdoor is strangely even responsive at night. Must be walls or something.πŸ€·πŸ€”

Though they're the same walls all around.

One other nearby to that one, averages 4 to 5 seconds, day or night.

Now if I could link the two base stations together inside one house together on one account, it might push me back to self with cameras for at least some value from a $1,000.00 dollars worth of cameras.

While they last.

They work better in daytime with a little trickle from the solar panels.

No rhyme or reasons for the inconsistency of live views. I may never find those reasons. Ever.

They work better mostly overall without monitoring and going around any "performance mode" etc. clogging firmware.

Why? Who knows? Less firmware to parse?

Cameras are split between two base stations? Better RF? Shared load? Base Station locations? Original base is in original position.

@dlpsr   Did you just happen to notice the firmware updates or you were alerted somehow?  Because I have the update on my outdoor camera (1.37), but wasn't aware of it until I read your post.

@Pack I caught it by accident back around the 7th of November. I typically check the status occasionally.

Hoping one fixes something. 😁
