Wi-FI network in mobile app problems

​ Hi, the email instructed us to get our systems on the wi-fi, so I when I tried to do that, the WiFi network page in the app looks pretty broken so I can't tap behind the header and doesn't show my network anywhere, what's the issue here?  ​

​This is using an iPhone 12 Pro, app is up to date and phone has been reset multiple times. ​

I'll report this to our dev team. But in the meantime, you can also set up WiFi on your system via the Keypad. Instructions can be found here.

I installed the new module, now the handset never shows any available WiFi networks to connect to.  After seeing you post, I checked my camera via the app, and it streamed fine.  So am I connected to WiFi, or can it stream really good over the cell service?  Hope you get your issue figured out!  I've been on hold via the chat for 2 hrs...

Your cameras connect to the WiFi directly, so we can confirm that the WiFi itself is working. Sounds like the problem is with the Base Station.

Others have reported a similar issue, and it sounds like resetting the Base Station while leaving a battery out resolves it. You can read more here.
