Hi! Can you remove a cell phone device from logging into the Simplisafe system? What are the steps?

You can logout devices that are logged in at any time using the Web App. To do this, login to your account at https://webapp.simplisafe.com/ then navigate to Manage Account. From there, scroll down and you will see manage logins. It's important to take this step, as well as go through the process of changing or resetting your account password. To reset or change your SimpliSafe password, follow the steps here.
