Readding device

I have a water sensor and a temperature sensor that have been off line for a long period of time.  Changed the batteries, but can not get them to come back online.  What do I need to try?

Hi @capedunnings, 

When did you replace the batteries in these sensors? If you just recently replaced them within the last 24 hours, I would recommend removing the Water and Temperature Sensors in the SimpliSafe mobile app by going to My System > Device Settings > select [your Water or Temperature Sensor] > scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "X Remove Device." Then, follow those same steps for your other sensor.

After removing each sensor, add them back to your system by following the steps in the installation guides linked below:
