iOS bug - cannot enable Push notifications
Hello, it has been over 7 days and I have not had a response to a Simplisafe ticket I escalated with phone support regarding push notifications page not loading in the iOS web app.
We spent several hours troubleshooting the issue with no resolution, and the analyst felt it was a backend system issue. I sent in a video in my last Simplisafe online support chat showing the bug with the app. When Push notifications is selected and then 'Allow notifications' the page simply refreshes and nothing happens.
I was wondering who or how I am supposed to follow up on this case? Thank you
