I was able to find the skill in the Alexa app, under the name "SimpliSafe Home Control", by navigating to Devices tab > Your Smart Home Skills, and searching for SimpliSafe.
If you could provide a screenshot of what you're seeing, it might help us find the right place.
Thanks for the follow-up. Unfortunately, since this issue is happening on the Amazon/Alexa side, we're a bit limited on how far we can troubleshoot. But we have been able to confirm on multiple devices that you are looking in the right section, and you should be able to find the SimpliSafe Home Control skill there.
So there might be something different about your setup. Are you on the latest version of the Alexa app? Uninstalling and reinstalling might help.
EDIT: One of our engineers suggested this, but could it be possible that the SimpliSafe Home Control skill is not available in the country/region that your Alexa account is set to? It should be available in the US and UK.
@wpastranav If SimpliSafe isn't showing up on the Alexa app, that would be more of an issue on Amazon's end. Have you tried removing the Alex app from your phone and redownloading it to see if that's the fix?
If removing and redownloading the app doesn't help to retrieve SimpliSafe in Alexa Skills, I would reach out to their Support team.
