Have two monitored properties. App keeps kicking out a house.
We monitor two properties with the app. Each property is registered with a different e-mail address, so we will log out of one property and re-log in with the other.
Since the latest update, I can only use the app for one property. If I log out and log back using a different email address, everything about the property activated with that email is gone.
However, everything shows on the desktop.
I have called in to get technical support. No help.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times. i have st up both houses again, only to loose everything in the app.
any ideas? This is frustrating.
