Can't download new Android App
I got the message to download the new and improved Simplisafe App for my Android Phone. Fine, I went to the Google Play Store and tried to install it. No joy. I keep getting an error message, "Something happened, try again later." I don't know if it a setting on my phone or something going wrong with the download site. Can I download it from somewhere else?

Glad to hear that you got mystery #1 solved. Let's work on #2:
I'm going to assume that you also have a SimpliSafe security system, so the app will by default send you to the Dashboard. To view your cameras, you can head to the Cameras section in the ≡ Menu.
But it's also possible that you have your camera set up as a standalone unit (which often happens if you set it up first). The app will treat it as a separate location, so you can access it by tapping the address bar at the top. That should pull a dropdown menu where you can select the camera.
