@singal the original poster was experiencing a site issue that was resolved a long time ago, and we haven't had any reports of more recent widespread issues.
Are you still able to log into your account through the SimpliSafe app on a smartphone? And did you already attempt logging in on different browsers? If you have an adblocker plugin or similar installed, that might prevent the login process from working properly as well.
If you're seeing an error message, it would also be very helpful to see the exact wording, or a screenshot.
