Cannot Log Into My Account Using The WebApp

I cannot log into my account using the web app, either on the computer (I've tried Chrome AND Edge),  or on my cell phone.  The mobile app will let me arm and disarm the system, but I want to log in on my computer to make changes to my system settings.

Once I enter my email address and password, the system returns an error: "Unexpected Error / An error occurred."

I've called tech support several times since March 4 and I've been told that they know it's a problem but they don't know how long it will be before it's fixed.

Has anyone else had this issue?  If so, has it been resolved?  How did you resolve it?

I am having the same issue today. Tech support has no clue. Was your problem resolved?

@singal​ the original poster was experiencing a site issue that was resolved a long time ago, and we haven't had any reports of more recent widespread issues.

Are you still able to log into your account through the SimpliSafe app on a smartphone? And did you already attempt logging in on different browsers? If you have an adblocker plugin or similar installed, that might prevent the login process from working properly as well.

If you're seeing an error message, it would also be very helpful to see the exact wording, or a screenshot.
