Entry Sensor Chime and Base Station Light Not Working

As the subject says, Entry Sensor Chime and Base Station Light Not Working. Positive test Signal each day and no error on control panel.

Hi @mtgale00,

If you haven't already, let's make sure your settings are correct. To check this, on your Keypad press the menu button and then enter your Master PIN. In the menu select System Settings and scroll down until you see the options for Chime Volume and Base StationLight and verify that those settings are correct. If you have verified and those settings are correct, try performing a Base Station reset following these instructions:

  1. Remove the power adapter.
  2. Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the screw holding the battery cover in place, and then remove the battery cover.
  3. Remove one of the batteries from the Base Station--this ensures there is no power going to the Base Station, which is important--and wait for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Reinsert the battery.
  5. Close the battery compartment and use the screwdriver to reseal it.
  6. Plug the power adapter into your Base Station.

I have done all that, when I plug it in white light comes on and then goes out and stays out. I cannot connect to it at all.
