Entry Sensor Not Responding

Sensors in the SimpliSafe® system will issue a “Not Responding” error when they fail to check in with the Base Station for more than 24 hours. We typically see this happen for one of two reasons: The battery within your Entry Sensor needs to be replaced The Entry Sensor is too far away from the Base
