Once you’ve purchased your OnTech installation and have scheduled an appointment using their online portal, there are a few steps you need to take before their arrival.

The following can be used as a checklist to get you ready for your OnTech installation appointment. Select the print icon next to the article title on this page, and follow along to make sure you're ready for your service appointment!

• Download the SimpliSafe® Mobile App to your phone or tablet

• Create a SimpliSafe® Account

• Have your Wi-Fi password ready. The OnTech installer will need this to set up your system!

• Charge any Outdoor Camera batteries prior to OnTech's arrival

• Charge any Smart Alarm Indoor Camera's prior to OnTech's arrival

• Please make sure an adult 18+ is home and that your pets are secured for the duration of the appointment
