How do I purchase and schedule my Pro Setup service by OnTech?

Whether you purchase your system through SimpliSafe® or a third-party retailer, you can add OnTech’s Pro Setup service at any time after your purchase. We recommend that you have your system in hand at the location it will be installed at prior to your installation date. Failure to provide adequate notice of rescheduling your appointment, or not being home during the scheduled installation window could result in additional charges from OnTech.

With your system in hand, we recommend charging any batteries prior to OnTech’s arrival, as needed for cameras like the Outdoor Camera and Smart Alarm Indoor Camera. These typically take up to 5 hours to charge out of the box. You’ll also want to have your Wi-Fi network name and password ready for your OnTech technician.

Pro Setup packages are tailored to fit your system’s needs. To purchase OnTech Pro Setup, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit OnTech’s Pro Setup website to view the service packages available

    1. Alternatively, you can place your Pro Setup order over the phone by calling 888-252-5629

  2. Choose the package or packages that fit your needs

    1. Basic installation packages include Base Station, Keypad, Keyfob, Sensors, Smoke & CO Detectors, Indoor Cameras, Sirens, and Panic Button.

    2. Additional installation packages for Video Doorbell Pro, Smart Lock, and Outdoor Camera may be purchased separately for an additional fee

  3. Once you have added all of your services to cart, select your cart from the upper right corner of the screen and choose Proceed to Scheduling

  4. Enter your Zip Code on the following page to see appointment availability

  5. Select the day and time that you would like then choose Proceed to Checkout

    1. Some dates and times may have an additional fee based on demand and availability

  6. Enter your information on the following screen and choose Continue to Payment to begin the checkout process
