How to Create a SimpliSafe® Account

During the checkout experience on SimpliSafe.com, you may be prompted to create an account. Doing that ahead of receiving your system will automatically tie your account to the system being shipped to you.
If you do not create an account during checkout, you’ll be prompted to create one during the setup process of your Base Station and Keypad.
Using the Mobile App:
If you haven’t yet, be sure to download the SimpliSafe® Mobile App to your phone or tablet and click the Create Account button at the bottom of the screen
Enter your email address, then create a password (at least 8 characters with 3 of the following: uppercase, lowercase, number, special character)
Provide your phone number to secure your account
Verify your phone number by text or phone call, then enter the verification code
Save the recovery code shown to regain access to your account in the event you’re unable to get in via password
You’ll now be presented with the option to enable Biometric Authentication, we recommend skipping this step for now by tapping on Remind me later. You can always turn it on in the future through the SimpliSafe® App settings
Your account is now set up and ready for use!
Using the SimpliSafe® Account Login on our website:
Navigate to the SimpliSafe® Account Login page in a browser on your computer, phone, or tablet and click the Create Account button at the bottom of the screen
Enter your email address, then create a password (at least 8 characters with 3 of the following: uppercase, lowercase, number, special character)
Provide your phone number to secure your account
Verify your phone number by text or phone call, then enter the verification code
Save the recovery code shown to regain access to your account in the event you’re unable to get in via password
