I just want to to know Gwendolyn IS THE BEST!!!!! I called for help about getting a notification for my door bell camera on another phone (so two phones would work) and Gwendolyn was able to get me the right answer that worked where others at Simplisafe I called couldn't!

I'd like to commend Keirra Parker. She was able to find and clear up a package with a motion sensor that was not originally delivered.
She cleared up the problem and I had the motion sensor and another piece of equipment delivered within a couple of days.
Will ask for her the next time I have any issues.
