Smoke detector alarm canceling itself.
We have trouble with our smoke detectors going off as a false alarm and then 3 seconds later a notification comes in that it was canceled by the keypad and nobody was in the house. Timeline in the app shows it was canceled by the app. So it’s going off as a false alarm and then canceling itself. Has anyone else had this happen? Simplisafe is sending a new keypad but this is in a short term rental and very annoying for the current guests that are there.

That is indeed very concerning. Do you remember the last time you updated your system's firmware? We haven't heard of this issue happening before with older firmware, but we would strongly suggest updating anyway, since it would not only improve performance for your system, but also clear out possible programming errors.
