@billmynatt As this is a direct life saving device, I wouldn't just post here but call support to troubleshoot or replace the unit.

@billmynatt If you put your system into Test Mode and press the Smoke Detector's test button, does the Base Station respond?
But also, I will echo Captain11 here. Due to the nature of the Smoke Detector, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can help resolve this in real time.
