SimpliSafe on Apple Watch unresponsive
We have received concerns regarding the SimpliSafe® app installed on Apple Watch not being responsive to commands, e.g. for arming or disarming your alarm system, or snoozing camera notifications.
We have determined that the issue is a side effect of how the SimpliSafe® app functions on Apple Watch as a companion app. That means it acts as a remote control for the app on your phone, and it’s the phone app that is really doing the work. Unfortunately, this also means that this functionality is not able to work if your phone is out of range, or if the SimpliSafe® app is not currently active on your phone.
If you are interested, we do have a pending request for a standalone version of the SimpliSafe® app on WatchOS here. For now, since the Apple Watch app is functioning as intended, we’ll consider this particular issue RESOLVED.

I’m unable to snooze motion alerts on the outdoor camera for 30 or 60 minutes by tapping the option on Apple Watch. I still receive constant alerts, which is annoying when I’m doing things like playing with the kids in the backyard.
