Base Station "Unable to Check for Updates - Try Again Later" (February 2024)

Seeing the same message on my keypads. The app has been prompting to update the firmware, however, it fails at the end of the 1-2 minutes. I just powered down and pulled the batteries from the base station in the hopes a reset would fix it, but still getting the same results.

I am having the same issue! I called and I was told they are having a system update. 

@Just_Another_End_User​ this particular post refers to a service-side issue that was already resolved a couple of weeks ago. So there might be something else going on with your system.

The first thing that I would check is to make sure that your Base Station is connected to WiFi, as that connection is required for updates to function. You can do so from your Keypad by navigating to: Menu > System Settings > WiFi.

If updates through your phone are not working, we'd also suggest using your Keypad for that instead. You can find updates by pressing the side of the screen when you see the ⚙ Gear icon. Or you can navigate to: Menu > System Settings > Check for Updates.
