Replacing a component part of system
I had my system installed on 1/28/20 by HELLO TECH. The installer told me that 2 batteries were low on Entry Sensor for the front and back doors. He said that 2 new batteries should be sent to replace the new Entry Sensors. I spoke with Lional when I called to activate the system. Long story short: I had to
pull the sensors off the doors and switch them. That did not correct the problem. So we were then told that it was not the door but the "kitchen" named sensor (kitchen window) and we had to remove that sensor and switch the battery. I ended up using the last Entry Sensor battery (only 9 were used and named as a location).
In the meantime, the sensor on the back door fell off the door (so did the keypad, it fell off the wall). I had to use the backing off of the extra sensor (the 10th unused sensor) to get the back door sensor to adhere...
I am requesting that you send a new Entry Sensor to replace the one that we took out the battery and the backing from to reapply the one that fell off the door and to fix the kitchen window. (All of this should be documented from my conversation with Lional on 1/28/20

As for the sensors falling, I also experienced that when I used the double stick tape. I ultimately had to remove the tape from my motion detectors, glass break sensors, keypads, and sirens and use the screws to mount them all. Nothing has fallen since then.
