No sense of urgency
There seems to be NO sense of urgency in restocking the carbon monoxide detectors, they have been out of stock for more than a year. Is there an eta on the detectors? That’s for the newest system not the old system. Please be honest about this.

@wpetroc There could be several reasons for why they are out of stock, but SS should reply. Possible causes: Everything from supply chain issues to they are actually obsolete and going to be replaced with a new model that is still in development. Davey, other site moderators, time to step up and reply, honestly, to this customer. And please, no "sorry, we don't know and we will pass your inquiry to our logistics team".
