Incompetent logistics
They didn’t accept a delivery so far on a return since the MAIL PERSON (they use the postal service only for returns) said SimpliSafe wasn’t open on a Monday. They were also late shipping the original order due to “warehouse issues.” Buyer beware. You may lose your money if you have to return equipment.

Hi there,
So sorry to hear about this delay on your return. Yesterday was Juneteenth, a Federally recognized holiday, so the USPS was also closed. So perhaps that was the reason for this delay. But please don't worry, they would have just rescheduled to the following day. I wouldn't be surprised if the package you're tracking has been delivered already!
