free Mover's Package - any idea
I just suspended my account as we are moving and this web page

says they offer a free 'movers package' which I'm guessing consists of just new sticky pads for the sensors. When I mentioned this to the customer rep, he had no idea what I was talking about and had no idea where the FAQ page is on the SImplisafe website and couldn't find anything.
I'm kind of surprised that their customer reps can't even find their own support page on their own website. Was I just unlucky or is this normal?

I've never heard of their "mover's package" until you posted it! You're probably right, maybe a baggie of new command strips (you can still call and ask a supervisor what this is). But, if you have SS3, best to get your own stronger 3M strips, as the ones SS sends for SS3 aren't strong enough.
