Beta AI Camera

I have received the email with the beta program agreement but have not received the camera nor any instructions on how to get it. Anybody know how I can get to that?

Hi @garrettlane00 ,

One of the emails sent to you should include a link for purchasing the camera. At this time, that is the only way for a purchase to be processed for the Smart Alarm Wireless Camera.

Received this email last week and again today - use the link, put in my email and password, got the 6 digit security code only the have the page keep flashing 'VERTIFY' and 'NOT AUTHORIZE'

I did try calling last week and do not think the lady I spoke to understood that I was asking about the website for the pilot program. I did try this on both my laptop, desktop pc and my phone and get the same results.

I go to log on with my email and password - then with the 6 digit code that I get on my phone. The page just keeps jumping and saying verifying and not authorize.

I have forwarded this over to our Product team who is managing PCS beta, they will work on sending you a new email. In the meantime, I'd recommend trying to open up this email on a different browser - that recently helped someone who was experiencing the same issue.

Please send me the beta URL to Order the Camera. I was about to order a Indoor Camera, but obviously not now.

@jk5598224​ Thanks so much for your interest! At this time we are at capacity for our Beta so the cameras will no longer be available to purchase. But keep an eye out for our full launch of the product - as well as 24/7 live guard protection - in the coming months.

Sounds like par for the course. Whatever they're trying to roll out with this Beta and new "customer service" forum isn't working.
