Simplisafe Webinars, Encyrption and things that go bump in the night....

Although falling on deaf ears for years, I have repeatedly asked Simplisafe to sponsor online webinars here in their community.  Offering many topics as ideas, here's one more: Simplisafe security measures on their company systems: development, production, monitoring, etc, all of their ecosystem. Us customers are a tough bunch and demand 100% security while wanting more and more integration with IoT devices.  Ah, but there's the "rub".

When a company has a fully closed, or restrictive, ecosystem like Simplisafe, security is enhanced and made stronger by that same isolation that hinders 3rd party device connectivity.  Wow, Simplisafe, what a concept! Have an online webinar here in the community for customers to interact with  SS product managers/Directors/VPs etc to discuss and learn...nah, why do that? Increase customer satisfaction and goodwill, and improve communication and understanding of your customer base with associates....

Finally, if you have about 15 minutes to spare, and want a good scare, head to YouTube and search for a little horror gem entitled "Exposure".  Yeah, a bit overdone but it will possibly get you to appreciate Simplisafe locking down their system and cameras so well...for those things that go "bump in the night". :-)
