Multiple Users for App?

Is it possible to setup multiple user accounts so several individuals have access to the App features?  If possible, how do you do it?

No. That is a longstanding, as in years, unfulfilled request.

Multiple users can use the app, but it is all under the same account log in with the same level of access privileges for all.
